Simple & easy to practice!
- Do not put your refrigerator near the hot area (near to the window, oven, toaster, etc)
- Ensure your refrigerator door seals are in good condition.
- Use a kettle to boil water and fill it with the amount of water that you need.
- Use a microwave to reheat or cook - quicker and cheaper
- Use toaster, not grill.
- Cut your food smaller - cook faster.
- Always put a full load of washing in the washing machine - handwash is better..ha..ha..
